My deepest condolences to Rhea and to Arthur's entire family. Arthur will be greatly missed here in Fort Simpson and the Dehcho Region. We were privileged to have him as part of our team. Arthur's consistent smile and positive outlook was a pleasure to have around. I feel blessed that I was able to work with and know Arthur during his time in the North. My thoughts and prayers will be with you on Friday and over the coming weeks and months.
